2 Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated). Mandatory
3 Copy of GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up,or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. Refer Page 4 point number iii. Mandatory
4 Copy of enlistment order of CPWD contractor in appropriate class (Building and Road) category. Mandatory
