Description:

Maintenance Contract for Security Systems The scope has two (2) parts as follows :- Part 1 - Maintenance Service (Preventive And Corrective) Of Security Management Systems. This part of scope is to carryout maintenance (Preventive & Corrective) with required Technical team (6 Nos.), Security Systems Engineers (2 Nos.) and with Miscellaneous supplies (all miscellaneous supplies to complete the corrective maintenance those are not listed under Part 2 BOQ). In addition to the above, Contractor shall deploy vehicles (3 Nos.) for conducting preventive & corrective maintenance activities. Part 2 – Supply And Replacement Of Faulty Equipment’s (Call-Off Basis Through Issuance Of CWR). This part of scope and BOQ is referred to supply and replacement of faulty equipment’s on call-off basis to complete the corrective maintenance activities. Upon identifying any fault on security systems, the Contractor is responsible to request for Contract Work Request (CWR) from Kahramaa to release the replacement equipment listed under Part - 2 BOQ.

• The offer must be submitted with bank guarantee in sealed envelopes & separate Form the Quotations (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. • Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes & separate For both Quotations technical and Commercial Addressed to: Secretary, Limited Tenders Committee. The closing date and tender number should be clearly written on the envelope.
