NOTES:

• The Supplier Online Bidding User Guide for Oracle e-Tendering System is available on this page under “e-Tendering User Guide”.
• The e-Tendering System will be best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer v9 or above, and TeamViewer v11 or higher is recommended for the Technical Support.
• The e-Tendering System will not accept large attachments, you are requested to either compress the files to an acceptable size, or split the document into multiple files of lesser size as needed.
• It is highly recommended that you upload the documents well in advance to avoid any issues with network traffic or other unanticipated complications. You are free to do partial uploads at different points of time according to your convenience instead of having to upload all the documents at once, but at least start five (5) hours prior to the Tender Closing Time.
• The system will not accept any submissions post the cut-off time, you would solely be responsible for any failures in uploading the documents at the last minute; no excuses would be entertained by PWA past the closing time.
