Qatar Foundation (QF) Procurement & Program Management Directorate is inviting companies to participate in the above listed public tenders.
Tender Fee: Interested bidders shall first deposit the respective non-refundable Tender Fee as mentioned above into the following Qatar Foundation bank account:

Tender Fee Payment Dates: From 21 November 2022 until 27 November 2022 between 9:00 AM - 02:00 PM except Friday and Saturday. The tender fees should be paid to QF account before 27 November 2022, 02:00 PM. Tender documents will not be issued if fees are paid after the specified deadline.
Interested bidders shall request the tender document by providing clear copies of the following documents to Qatar Foundation’s email qftenderfee@qf.org.qa via a single email.
1) Bidder’s tender fee receipt clearly highlighting “QF Tender reference number” and “bidder’s name”.
2) Authorization letter on company’s letterhead detailing the Commercial Registration number, full name, telephone, and email id of the company’s focal point for all tender communications.
QF Tender Committee will verify all the above documents and issue the tender documents via email to all bidders who have fully complied with above requirements.
The commercial bid must be valid for 120 days from bid closing date.
The commercial bid must be accompanied by a bank guarantee (tender bond) issued by a local bank in Qatar and should be valid for 120 days from the bid closing date.
The successful tenderer will be required to submit a performance bond as prescribed in each of the above tender documents.
Qatar Foundation tendering qualifications, terms and conditions shall apply as stipulated in the tender document.
