If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate of state, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier Mandatory
4 Undertaking for site inspection- Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection- I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids. Mandatory
