4 GST registration certificate of the State in which the works is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder Mandatory
5 If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload undertaking given in Page No. 3 Clause 1.4 along with bid documents. Mandatory
