2 Receipt for deposition of the original Earnest Money Deposit with the office of the Executive Engineer inviting bids or the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including the NIT issuing EE/AE), in the proforma at Page 12 of the NIT. Mandatory
3 Enlistment Order of the Contractor in the Buildings and Roads (erstwhile Composite / Building / Infrastructure) category, of the class whose tendering limit covers the combined estimated cost, valid on the last date of submission of bids. Mandatory
4 GST Registration Certificate as applicable for Jharkhand State, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable for Jharkhand State he shall scan and upload the following undertaking along with the bid documents If work is awarded to me I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall Mandatory
